When will you confirm my reservation?

Once we have contacted you to confirm availability and deposit payment is received we will email or post you a booking confirmation receipt.

Can you help with a gift or surprise?

Yes we can! We can arrange a gift certificate to be forwarded to you or your nominated recipient. Should your booking be a surprise for your partner, family member or friend, please let us know where we can discretely send confirmations.

Is Grampians Blue a child friendly destination?

Yes, as parents the hosts understand what families look for in a holiday house. The main outdoor deck at Grampians Blue is fitted with gates at each end to keep the little ones in. A fire screen is provided for the wood heater and in the wardrobe of bedroom three are kept some tubs with toys and books for all ages as well as cot and high chair.

What are your check in and check out times?

Check in time is from 3.00pm. Check out time is 11.00am unless by prior arrangement

Is Grampians Blue a non-smoking property?

Yes, however smoking is permitted on the decks. We ask though that you responsibly dispose of all cigarette butts. Please note guests who smoke inside will incur a $200 cleaning surcharge.

Can we bring our pet?

Unfortunately no. Grampians Blue is located adjacent to a National Park with many local wildlife inhabiting the immediate area. The property is therefore not suitable for family pets.

Is firewood supplied for the wood heater?

Firewood is typically supplied for your first couple of nights. Firewood is also available for purchase at the Halls Gap service station and also the general store. You can collect kindling in the garden but please do be careful of snakes.

Can a backyard fire be lit?

Unfortunately backyard fires cannot be lit at Grampians Blue.

Is there a coffee machine?

Yes! There is a K-Fee Coffee Machine (Aldi brand) and a few pods to get you started. The machine accepts only K-Fee brand pods. There is also a plunger if you prefer ground coffee.
